We’re opening a small number of graduation project spots at This is it Studio this year.
This is for students who want to build a serious final-year project inside a working studio, around design, technology, storytelling, engineering, 3D, film, hardware, or something we have not thought of yet.
We are looking for people with the kind of curiosity, taste and obsession we would want to keep on the team after the project ends. So think of this less as a regular internship, and more as a way to build something ambitious with us.
Exceptional technology feels like arrival. What seemed impossible a few years ago is suddenly in front of you, in the only way it could ever have gone. That is how a breakthrough should land for everyone who meets it, not only for the people who built it. Design is what makes it feel that way.
Extraordinary engineering should never lose to poor design. Good design makes the technology usable without illusion, legible without making it smaller. That legibility is what carries a technology out of the laboratory and into the world.
We work in the space between invention and adoption, partnering with founders building what is difficult, necessary, and not yet obvious. We've helped companies backed by YC, Sequoia, Antler, Accel, South Park Commons, Rainmatter and Capital 2B raise over $250M, close strategic partnerships, and position themselves as category leaders.
Our work runs across narrative and brand, web presence, datarooms, CMF and hardware, and immersive 3D. Deep tech, robotics, space, semiconductors, climate, advanced materials.

Skills around Blender, Houdini and CAD. You'll be working on complex systems and environments, world building, lighting and set work. You'll sit with an expert from our team and assist on how we set up scenes and take them all the way through execution.

Building circuits and helping us prototype with different materials. You'll work alongside both our software and industrial design teams to piece prototypes together.
